Caroline Cykoski
An Auburn University graduate with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship, Caroline began her career in title and escrow, where she played a key role in helping launch and grow a successful startup that closed hundreds of transactions each month. That experience gave her a strong foundation in real estate operations and client service, which she now brings to her role at The Morar Group.
Caroline is The Morar Group’s Team Coordinator and Marketing Director, dedicated to making every step of the buying and selling process smooth and enjoyable. She’s often the first point of contact for clients, guiding them from their initial introduction all the way through closing—and staying connected long after.
From appointment preparation and marketing initiatives to post-closing follow-up and thoughtful client gifting, Caroline loves turning transactions into lasting relationships. Her mix of organizational expertise and genuine care ensures every client feels valued throughout their real estate journey.
