Ron Hefner, a broker associate at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin and has been serving the Emerald Coast since 2010. He has earned the "Extraordinary Award" for annual sales exceeding $15 million five years in a row and has helped more than 500 clients, surpassing $350 million in total sales. Ron's results speak volumes, but it's his passion and dedication that truly help him shine.
Ron strives to build lifelong relationships with his clients. His service does not stop at the sale. He continually provides market data and community updates to his clients. Ron serves a diverse clientele and is versed in a multitude of property types. His personality, work ethic and local market knowledge help him reach top agent status year after year. Ron successfully serves the 30A, Miramar Beach, Destin and Panama City Beach markets.
He immerses himself in local communities, connecting with people, participating in events and supporting area businesses. He and his wife, Bailey, spent six months traveling through Central and South America on their honeymoon. They now have two young children, Boone and Lilly, and their family border collie, Benelli. As a family, they enjoy all that beach life offers: spending time outdoors, boating, paddleboarding, biking, fishing and camping.
They love exploring national parks and experiencing local live music. For personal growth and fun, Ron spends early mornings at the gym and plays in a weekly soccer league. Ron's true passion is searching for fresh powder on his snowboard in the Rocky Mountains.
