Last quarter, we reported a slight decrease in number of sales or overall dollar volume of sales, or both, from the first quarter of 2017 to the first quarter of 2018. As we enter the second half of 2018, the consistent story now told across our beach and coastal communities is lower inventory to choose from. Even though inventory is lower than this period in 2017, that isn't stopping buyers from decisively purchasing properties, or sellers from enjoying the demand and decreased competition. Number of sales and sales volume remain consistent in markets along the coast.
