Rosemary Beach Uncorked Is Sold Out. Its Tasting Route Runs All Year.

"Tickets go on sale exclusively to Rosemary Beach property owners and typically sell out." That sentence is from the Rosemary Beach Uncorked FAQ, and it accounts for most of what the public sees each fall. The 15th edition is set for Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 1 to 4 p.m., and the official site already shows it as sold out, with a link to a wait list.

If you didn't get a ticket, you still have most of the event. Uncorked isn't a festival that sets up in town for a day. The town itself becomes the tasting room for one afternoon, and nearly every station on the route is a restaurant on Main Street or Barrett Square that keeps a wine list the rest of the year.

Ten Restaurants, Three Pours Each

The setup is simple. Ten Rosemary Beach restaurants each prepare three signature dishes paired with three wines. Ticket holders visit them in any order they like during the three-hour window. The 2026 lineup:

  • Amavida Coffee
  • Blue By Night
  • Edward's
  • Cowgirl Kitchen
  • La Crema Tapas & Chocolate
  • Restaurant Paradis
  • CK's Feed & Supply
  • Havana Beach Bar & Grill
  • Pescado
  • Tahona Tacos & Tequileria

That comes to about thirty pairings, plus extra wines at what the organizers call retailer "SIP Stops" around town. The FAQ describes the stations as coming "from the Merchants of Rosemary Beach," and that's accurate. The food and wine on the route come from the same businesses that open their doors on a Tuesday in February.

General admission is $225 per person. It covers festival access, the tasting stations, entertainment, a swag bag, and an etched Uncorked wine glass. If tickets open up after the owner sale, they go to the public first-come, first-served from a time-stamped wait list. That makes signing up early the only real lever for anyone outside the owner pool.

What 2026 Added, and Where It Came From

Comparing this year's event with 2025 shows three changes:

  1. A new date. The 2025 event ran November 1, its 14th year. The 15th falls 13 days later on the calendar, on November 14.
  2. New beneficiaries. In 2025 the event supported Westonwood Ranch and Point Washington Medical Clinic. In 2026 it supports Caring & Sharing of South Walton and Children's Volunteer Health Network.
  3. A VIP tier. The organizers label it "new this year." It costs $350, which is $125 more than general admission.

The beneficiaries are worth knowing about, because both serve the county around these streets. The FAQ says Caring & Sharing of South Walton serves more than 900 families each month with food assistance, financial assistance, counseling, and case management. Children's Volunteer Health Network has served more than 23,000 children in Walton and Okaloosa counties over 20 years, providing more than $10 million in health care at no cost to families.

The VIP tier is the one part of Uncorked built from outside Rosemary Beach. It includes access to the Audi Lounge inside Town Hall and a VIP tent on Town Hall Green, both open an extra hour until 5 p.m. for VIP holders only. It also includes signature cocktails and a mimosa bar, wines from Dakota Shy Winery poured with winemaker Tom Garrett, food from Chef Rob McDaniel of Helen in Birmingham, Alabama, a caviar tasting with caviar nachos, live music, a goodie bag, and big screens showing the SEC game in the Audi Lounge. November 14 is a Saturday in football season, so that last item may matter more to some guests than the caviar.

The general ticket is a tour of local restaurants. The VIP upgrade adds a visiting chef and a visiting winemaker. Everything outside that tent can be found in town on most evenings, at prices you pay one glass at a time.

The Route on an Ordinary Evening

Here's what several of the participating restaurants, plus one wine shop, list for an evening that isn't November 14:

  • Blue By Night, 78 Main Street, is the lobby wine bar at the Rosemary Beach Inn. Listed hours are Thursday through Saturday, 5 to 9 p.m.
  • Edward's Fine Food & Wine, 66 Main Street, advertises an award-winning wine list and select $9 wines from 5 to 6 p.m. daily. It's open 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
  • Restaurant Paradis, 82 South Barrett Square, describes an extensive fine-wine selection and serves dinner daily from 5 p.m. Its bar is listed as open until midnight.
  • Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar, 74 Town Hall Road, Suite 4B, publishes a long by-the-glass and bottle list. Its contact page doesn't list hours, so check its reservation page before you walk over.
  • La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, 38 Main Street, lists daily hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and a full tapas menu.
  • Havana Beach Bar at The Pearl, 63 Main Street, runs a year-round brunch happy hour at the bar Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with half-price Bloody Marys, mimosas, and select house wines.
  • Cork & Barrel, 104 N Barrett Square, Unit B, isn't on the restaurant list. It's a wine and liquor shop open daily 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and its site invites customers in for staff-led tastings.

Put Edward's early pour next to the festival price for scale. A $225 general admission ticket costs the same as twenty-five of those $9 glasses. That comparison leaves out the swag bag, the music, and the fact that all ten kitchens are cooking for you within three hours. It does show that the route itself is always open, and that what the ticket mainly buys is everything happening at once.

Several of these addresses come from a town directory published in September 2025, and seasonal hours along 30A shift as fall turns to winter. A quick call before you go is cheap insurance.

The Newest Stop Has the Oldest Story

Blue By Night is on both maps, and it's the one stop on the 2026 route that's newer than the event's 15-year run. The Rosemary Beach Inn announced in May 2026 that it had reopened Blue By Night as its hotel lobby and wine bar. The name itself goes back further than Uncorked. Writing as Innkeeper, Cameron explained that their parents first opened Blue By Night in 2001 as the finer-dining, dinner-time counterpart to the Summer Kitchen, and that Cameron's first job there, at age 11, was washing dishes.

"Blue By Night is meant to be a space for gathering. For sharing stories and making memories in real life, in real time. To be a watering hole— where folks can come together for a round of drinks, play some games, and enjoy good old-fashioned human interaction."

That quote sums up the case for the ordinary-evening version of Uncorked. The venue built around a round of drinks and a game is pouring at the festival on November 14, and its listed hours have it pouring every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday around that date.

Uncorked Closes a Busy Stretch for Wine on 30A

Uncorked is the last of three wine weekends this fall within a short drive of each other. The Harvest Wine & Food Festival in WaterColor runs October 15 through 18. Seeing Red, the wine festival in Seaside, runs November 5 through 8. The Seeing Red Grand Tasting is November 7, 12:30 to 4 p.m., in Seaside's Central Square, one week before Uncorked.

On event day, the Uncorked ticketing page lists 48 S Barrett Square as the address, while the official site describes the afternoon along the cobblestone streets of Main Street. If a wait-list ticket comes through, confirm the check-in point with the organizers before you go. The ticketing page still shows "Buy Now" buttons, but the organizer's sold-out notice is the more reliable status.

If no ticket comes through, Blue By Night opens at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, and Edward's pours its select $9 glasses from 5 to 6 p.m. that same evening.
