We are taking COVID-19 very seriously and will continue to take steps to ensure that we as an organization are as prepared, organized, and proactive as possible.
We are screening buyers and renters who want to see real estate. This means asking buyers and renters questions about where they’ve been, if they've been exposed to anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19, and if they have anyone who is of high risk at home or in their care.
Our agents are adopting safety protocols for property showings in an attempt to protect our clients and posting safety checklists in our listings where possible.
