Caribe

A preeminent, gated, Gulf-front community in Miramar Beach, FL, featuring Caribbean-style homes and lush tropical gardens.

Welcome to Caribe

Caribe is a preeminent, gated, Gulf-front community of Caribbean-style homes and home sites that served as a model for succeeding architect-designed luxury communities developed along Scenic 30A. Homes in Caribe are primarily influenced by the Caribbean style, but some have more of a Mediterranean flavor. These styles, with their subtle but rich hues, combined with the lush tropical gardens found throughout the community, make the area one of the most colorful in South Walton. Located in Miramar Beach near the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and Hidden Dunes Tennis and Beach Resort, Caribe is about 10 miles east of Destin, 38 miles from Panama City Beach and located just west of Silver Sands Premium Outlet.

Caribe Gulf Front Homes & Amenities

Most homes in Caribe are meticulously appointed with spacious living areas, gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, fireplaces, covered balconies and porches, and more. While homes for sale in Caribe are popular with the vacation rental market and investors, full time homeowners live in the neighborhood and there is an active homeowner’s association.

Along with private beach access to the Gulf Coast’s sparkling white sand and turquoise waters, Caribe offers its residents two swimming pools, tennis courts, brick-lined streets, and beautiful landscaped grounds with fountains and a lake.

Visitors and homeowners alike have easy access to their favorite beaches through The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is only 42 miles northeast of Caribe. The airport designation is ECP, and is the first international airport built in the U.S. since 2011.

Its location in Miramar puts it within walking distance of all of Miramar’s fine cuisine and boutique shopping, and provides access to the wide range of recreational activities—golf, fishing, sailing, power boating, parasailing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, to name a few—found in Destin and along the Scenic 30A corridor.

Seaside Real Estate & Amenities

As part of an inaugural New Urban community, Seaside is designed with traditional principles in mind. This includes not only an active city center with a prominent cultural and civic presence but also a town with bike paths and walking trails, which provides access to all points of interest within Seaside easily accessible. Yet this beach town was developed with the look and feel of an older village, as if it has been around for decades. It was not intended to resemble a modern tract home development, yet the included amenities are top of the line.

When not at the beach or enjoying one of the many outdoor sports activities, residents can visit the twice-weekly Farmer’s Markets, summer concert series, Stories by the Sea, as well as outdoor movies, holiday parades and a host of other activities.

Visitors and homeowners alike have easy access to their favorite beaches through the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is only 30 miles to Seaside. The airport designation is ECP, and is the first international airport built in the U.S. since 2011.
