Estates At Indian Pointe

A luxury gated community in Destin, FL, offering bay-front homes, lush landscaping, and proximity to Destin's amenities.

Welcome to Estates At Indian Pointe

The Estates at Indian Pointe is the Destin real estate market’s newest luxury gated community, offering 13 exclusive, bay-front, estate-style homes and home lots on the relatively remote, yet accessible, eastern end of Indian Trail. Lots have tended to start at around $500,000 in the enclave, while luxury homes have been priced starting at $3-million. The showcase homes in Estates at Indian Pointe, with frontage on Choctawhatchee Bay at the mouth of Indian Bayou, are framed with lush yards and gardens with Spanish moss-draped live oaks, flowering shrubs and tropical plants.

The luxury homes generally feature six to seven bedrooms with an equal number of full-size baths, and two half-baths. The formal living areas such as foyers, great rooms, dining rooms, media rooms, rec rooms, and libraries are incredibly spacious and feature hardwood flooring and fireplaces, where appropriate, while gourmet kitchens offer custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, breakfast bars, large islands, and the highest-end stainless steel appliances.

Exterior features include large, screened-in patios with a summer kitchen and outdoor fireplace, in-ground heated pool and hot tub, and deep water dockage for boats up to 70-feet long. While The Estates of Indian Pointe may be one of Destin’s most remote waterfront communities, the exclusive enclave is still within a quick drive of all the region’s amenities, including fine dining, shopping, golf, seasonal entertainment, and the charter fishing opportunities offered at Harborwalk Village on the Destin Harbor. The community is less than four miles from Destin and the Destin Executive Airport, and only 27 miles from Seagrove Beach, the center of Scenic 30A’s beach community.

Seaside Real Estate & Amenities

As part of an inaugural New Urban community, Seaside is designed with traditional principles in mind. This includes not only an active city center with a prominent cultural and civic presence but also a town with bike paths and walking trails, which provides access to all points of interest within Seaside easily accessible. Yet this beach town was developed with the look and feel of an older village, as if it has been around for decades. It was not intended to resemble a modern tract home development, yet the included amenities are top of the line.

When not at the beach or enjoying one of the many outdoor sports activities, residents can visit the twice-weekly Farmer’s Markets, summer concert series, Stories by the Sea, as well as outdoor movies, holiday parades and a host of other activities.

Visitors and homeowners alike have easy access to their favorite beaches through the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is only 30 miles to Seaside. The airport designation is ECP, and is the first international airport built in the U.S. since 2011.
