The town of Prominence along Scenic Highway 30 A is starting over with a new chapter devoted to one of a kind beach living. Built in 3 phases, over 500 residences will be available. This beach community, located between Camp Creek and Seagrove, is built with two goals in mind: Residential and commercial growth on both sides of 30A.

Built in three phases, over 500 residences will be available. Prominence South includes luxury row style town homes and single-family residences. Also here will be a large pool as well as the Town Center of Prominence, which will sit on three acres with 700 feet of prime frontage along 30A. This will be the gathering place for residents and visitors alike, including a stage for outdoor entertainment as well as a large cinema screen. The Hub 30A is a new lifestyle commercial development complex that is located primarily in Prominence. It features several restaurants, concerts, activities, along with The Hub Shop offering great local merchandise.

Visitors and homeowners alike have easy access to their favorite beaches through The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is only 33 miles from Prominence. The airport designation is ECP, and is the first international airport built in U.S. since 2011.
