The town of Prominence along Scenic Highway 30 A is starting over with a new chapter devoted to one of a kind beach living. Built in 3 phases, over 500 residences will be available. Prominence South includes luxury row style town homes & single-family residences. The Prominence North phase includes triplex buildings totaling an impressive 405 townhomes & the main Prominence Pool House. The Hub 30A is a new lifestyle commercial development complex that is located primarily in Prominence.

 

 

This beach community, located between Camp Creek and Seagrove, is built with two goals in mind: Residential and commercial growth on both sides of 30A.

Visitors and homeowners alike have easy access to their favorite beaches through The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is only 33 miles from Prominence. The airport designation is ECP, and is the first international airport built in U.S. since 2011.
