Sanctuary at Redfish Condos

Built in 2006, units are turnkey and beautifully maintained. Crown and base moldings provide a beautiful framework for sumptuous carpet and tile flooring. Ten-foot ceilings, paneled doors, art niches, and gas fireplace provide those extra special touches that set these residences apart from any other community. Open floor plans with walls of windows take advantage of the Florida sunshine and highlight spacious kitchens with handsome cabinetry, gleaming granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a pantry for extra storage. Expansive balconies overlook the lake or a grassy, wooded, natural area and provide plenty of room for dining or for entertaining. Balconies are accessible from some of the bedrooms and the living area.

Master bedrooms are vast and have amazing tiled baths with separate tub and shower and double vanity with tons of counter space. Even the secondary baths are decked out in luxury, some with large tiled showers and private water closets.

Sanctuary at Redfish provides unprecedented amenities for its residents. The pool area will take your breath away with beautiful, tropic landscaping highlighting interconnecting pools and spas. The natural area around the building allows for walking trails that lead to a private boardwalk stretching from Redfish Lake to the pristine white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. A seasonal ferry from March to October also provides a fun way across the lake to the beach.

A BBQ area makes for a fantastic entertainment space along with the gas fire pit overlooking the lake. A well-equipped fitness center is available for resident use. Underground parking also allows space for additional storage of bikes or beach toys.

As part of an inaugural New Urban community, Seaside is designed with traditional principles in mind. This includes not only an active city center with a prominent cultural and civic presence but also a town with bike paths and walking trails, which provides access to all points of interest within Seaside easily accessible. Yet this beach town was developed with the look and feel of an older village, as if it has been around for decades. It was not intended to resemble a modern tract home development, yet the included amenities are top of the line.

When not at the beach or enjoying one of the many outdoor sports activities, residents can visit the twice-weekly Farmer’s Markets, summer concert series, Stories by the Sea, as well as outdoor movies, holiday parades and a host of other activities.

Visitors and homeowners alike have easy access to their favorite beaches through the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is only 30 miles to Seaside. The airport designation is ECP, and is the first international airport built in the U.S. since 2011.
