Stallworth Preserve

Stallworth Preserve is an exclusive, gated Gulf-front neighborhood located in Dune Allen Beach on the west end of Scenic 30A, nestled between the turquoise waters of the Gulf and the tannic waters of Stallworth Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, and protected to the west by miles of Topsail Hill Preserve’s pristine beaches. This small prestigious enclave is home to multi-million dollar luxury estate homes and a few remaining home sites.
