The WaterColor Condominium Community is a neighborhood unlike any you’re likely to encounter elsewhere. Located between the natural coastal Western Lake and the powder sugar beaches of the Emerald Coast in Florida’s 30A corridor, WaterColor provides for a huge variety of floor plans and finishes among 19 condo complexes.
 
To say it is a master planned community is an understatement. Even though there are multiple complexes, the community architecture is seasoned with Southern flavor, with some of the traditional elements commonly seen in the South being married with more contemporary design elements found in newly built residences.
 

Condos for Sale in WaterColor

Even though the community provides a multitude of buildings and amenities, WaterColor maintains that small town feeling, - a wonderful place to raise a family or to retire or spend part of the year. The unit configurations cater to nearly every lifestyle need and desire. Condo buildings are two to four stories each with primarily three to seven units each. A third of the buildings over look Cerulean Park, five complexes feature gulf views from the north side of Highway 30, and seven buildings have gulf views from the south side of 30A.
 
Towncenter Beachside (also known as complex 1848) is the only condo building that is gulf front, and houses 22 units. Each unit in this complex is two-stories and ranges from 3-4 bedrooms with 3-4.5 baths respectively and measures up to 3,115 square feet. It is also located near Town Center with its variety of retail stores and boutiques.
 
Complexes like WaterColor Condo 20 provide for 2-story residential living on the upper floors and retail space on the ground floor. In this building, every unit features 1,546 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. WaterColor Condo 6 also has retail space on the bottom, but features two district floor plans with 2-bedroom/2.5-bath layouts from 1,658 to 1,744 square feet. These are 2-story residences. Condominium 1680 is strictly a residential building offering five floor plans from 1,318 to 1,873 square feet. These seven, 2-bedroom/2.5 bath residences occupy two stories each and have jaw-dropping gulf views.
 
WaterColor Condos' amenities are expertly spread throughout the community. Some of these include trails and bike paths, bike barn, boathouse, tennis club, pools, parks, and gardens. Western Lake provides the perfect venue for whiling away the day fishing or just reflecting from the shoreline. 
 
WaterColor Beach Club is a relaxing beach complex offering meals and beverages, showers, changing rooms and lockers. Hang out on the balcony to take in the gorgeous gulf sunset.

As part of an inaugural New Urban community, Seaside is designed with traditional principles in mind.
